Canola Oil

Mahak Canola Oil

Canola oil is less saturated fatty acids than olives such as olive, soya and cotton seed, which results in an increase in the level of LDL cholesterol.
This oil has high levels of single unsaturated fatty acids, which causes it to have a higher smoke level than other liquid oils and is suitable for cooking. Not only are there significant amounts of unsaturated fatty acids in the nature of this oil, but there is a good balance between omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6s, which leads to an increase in both good cholesterol (HDL) and lowering of harmful cholesterol (LDL).
Canola Oil is a good and lightweight option for cooking or as a seasoning for food and all kinds of salads.
Sourced from Rapeseed plant, similar to Vegetable oil in flavor, color, and smoke point and usage qualities. Ideal for baking, salad dressings, and frying. Extended shelf-life from time of production! “Smoke-point” recommended at 400 degrees F.
